Ramadan is over! I’ve lost just one kg in spite of I was eating a little. I’ve heard about the reduction of metabolic rate, I think I have it. However, I have nine months to loose around 20kg, and I’m still excited. I cooked in Ramadan some successful recipes. I made spaghetti, pasta, scones, doughnuts, and chickpeas cookies. I was planing to make Greek moussaka but I didn’t have time for that. I enjoyed Ramadan so much, I hope you too have a wonderful time in the last month.
