Last night, I stayed up really late because I spent a couple of hours with my son at a seminar about how to learn better and other arise things. I was tossing and turning all night. I woke up at 4:30 though. I told myself to go back to sleep but at the same time, I remember I am on my way of changing myself and don't want to be the lazy person any more, so I roused myself. I ended up with posting my exercise on Italki very early.

Well-done!

Last night, I stayed up really late because I spent a couple of hours with my son at a seminar about improving learning methodology among other things. I was tossing and turning all night and I woke up at 4:30 a.m. . I tried to convince myself to go back to sleep but at the same time, I remembered that I am currently trying to work on myself and that I don't want to be lazy anymore, so I got out of bed. I ended up writing a post on Italki very early.
Working on yourself is a good thing Molly, but don't get sleep deprived over it. Take care.
