2024/5/14 It is difficult to think about my own career because I have to think about limitless possibilities and responsibilities. By the way, in traditional Japan people could work for the same company throughout their entire carrer but now, the structure of the economy is falling apart. As a result, Japanese people need to pay more attention to their own career choices.
It’s not only the case in Japan, in many Western countries, people will be led to work for different companies. Only people working for big international companies are going to have more chances to keep their job until they retire. That being said, I hope you’ll find good career opportunities.

2024/5/14 It is difficult for me to think about my own career. The choice presents me with limitless possibility and responsibility. By the way, traditionally in Japan people serve only a single company in their lifetime. But now, that structure is falling apart so the Japanese will need to be thinking more about their career plans.

You don't need to say 'own' career - it's clear from the context. You could say 'unlimited' or 'boundless' in place of 'unlimited'. You can use either singular or plural for opportunity and responsibility. You don't need 'theirselves', but if you did, it should be 'themselves' eg. to think for themselves

2024/5/14 It is quite stressful to think about my career path. It creates endless possibilities and additional responsibilities. Traditionally, Japanese people only work for one company their whole lives but recently that practice has been slowly fading away. So we need to think more about the choices we make with regards to our profession.
Changing jobs every 2-3 years is quite common in some countries but I think this is a huge change for the Japanese people since this isn't what you're used to. I hope you find the clarity that you are looking for soon! 😊
