Hello, I work as a freelancer and sometimes I need to ask a client some questions regarding an upcoming project:
...
I need this information beforehand to plan my working schedule so that you always get the job done on time.
Is it correct in terms of formal English? Are there any other options with the same meaning?

Yes, it should be fine. You can also set a date, e.g. I need this information by xx/xx/xxxx so I can plan my schedule and complete the work on time.
Hope this helps! :)

It's understandable, but a bit awkward. In general, business English favors direct and relatively simple constructions. I'd go with something like: I need the information as soon as possible so that I can complete the project for you on time.

It's OK but I would make a few changes:
I need this information in advance so I can plan my work schedule to get the job done on time.
Or maybe just the first part:
I need this information in advance so I can plan my work schedule.
I think we can assume that you intend to meet the deadline.
