I want to improve my English because I am sure that it’s necessary for give the next step in my career. I have been studying but I consider that I still don’t have enough confidence to talk fluently.

Hi, this is good english. Even if it's slow you are 100% ready to start speaking in english. Especially if you're able to write like this. This was fantastic!

I am learning English and want to improve my ability in it because I am certain that it’s necessary to reach the next step in my career. Although I have been studying it, I recognize that I still don’t have enough confidence to talk freely, and thus, speak fluently.
Hi, Paula. Good job! Although it is easy for me to say, and I realize that it will be hard for you to do, but please do not be so self-conscious about speaking. All ESL students made mistakes when they first begin speaking the language, and I would estimate that 99% of them not only laughed off their mispronunciation, but also ignored those who childishly snickered at their mistakes. It is not your native language, so others should not expect you to be perfect when speaking it, and more importantly, neither should you. Recognize that if everyone else--in every size, shape and location around the world--can do it, so can you. I'm positive that with a bit of effort, you'll find others (individual partners or those in a chat group) here on this website where you can develop the confidence to speak in a safe and welcoming learning environment. Best of luck.
