My mother and I do the Chinese character quiz on newspaper every Sunday morning. There are sentences in which there is a wrong but same sound Chinese character for each sentences. So we find out which one is the wrong character and revise it to the correct character.
Our result of yesterday was 8 correct answer out of 10.
So if there is someone who is studying Japanese or Chinese and is struggling with remembering Chinese characters, don't worry. Although I have studied Chinese characters for 12 years in school, additionally read and write it everyday, I'm far from complete. I am sure that learning Chinese character is difficult for everyone.

Very true! But they are pictures, which is what makes them interesting.

I tried to make it sound more natural!
I think as a rule, when you’re ending a sentence and starting the next sentence with “So”, it’d be better to merge the two sentences together.
In school, we get told that you shouldn’t start sentences with “but”, “so”, or “because”. This isn’t really true but it might be a useful rule of thumb.
