I dictated this phrase. Can you give me an advice for my pronunciation? The sound of record is pretty bad though. “Two days ago, Sabine Moreau k*lled one of our agents in Budapest and relieved him of Russian nuclear launch codes.”

I had trouble understanding the words "relieved" and "Russian." The -ie in "relieved" is pronounced like a long e, "releeved," rhyming with "believed" and "achieved." I also had trouble with the name "Budapest." I don't know the "right" way to pronounce it in Hungarian, but US English speakers don't try. We pronounce it as if it were English, BOOduh-pest.

sounds as if someone is praying, murmuring every word -- how about you make effort to pronounce each sound clearly like a TV anchor?
