What exactly does the phrase "produzione su commessa" refer to? I was studying the term "commessa" as it relates to production orders, but am not sure of the phrase. Does it have to do with producing materials exclusively based on a certain number of orders? Just trying to understand this fully, thank you,

Could someone please tell me if the following sentence refers to an apartment surrounded by 500 meters of garden/greenery, or is 500 meters away from a garden? Or something different?:
"...appartamento in villa contornato da 500 mt di giardino."
