Today I've caught myself hearing the children chatting.They were talking about  learn how to read and boasting themselves for the words they already can speak.One child said "my mam said that when I finally learn to read she will give me a cellphone" ,the other one " and my mother will give a Tablet ".Wouldn't make more sense give them books?

How can I know if a word is feminine or masculine in Norwegian? It has been bothering me a bit cause Norwegian is not like English it's like Portuguese,my mother language,which are all the words have gender.So what indicates that a word is masculine,feminine or neuter? Do I have to know the meaning of the word?

Syndrome of revolution I call the "the syndrome of revolution" that whishing of seeing changes happening without getting dusty hands (I don't if this expression make sense in English).In Brazil a big part of the public shool students don't respect the teachers nor study as they should, in fact a big part of them don't give a fuck to school.But if out of the blue explode a manifestation in downtown they all will raise their posters and scream out phases against the government and ask for high quality education.Everybody wants changes but nobody wants to change.
