In China it seem like exercise is most important in language learning ,just like a old tell goes :practice make perfect. So no matter a learner is taught by himself or others they always do as much exercise as they can. But the thing is that the exercise that people do is not making dialogue with others,they just do the exercise on the papers.I don't know whether this is the reason many people around me, they can read English or other language,but they can't express their thought well with that language. So i want to ask the guys here,how do you learn a new language by yourself or how do your foreign language teacher teach you,or are there any good methods that you know how to learn a new foreign language ?
