Hi, I am Jina from South Korea who has a great interest in language learning.

I think speaking is the most important part in language learning, but I have no friends to talk in English. Skype call would be a great help for me to improve speaking skills.

Please correct this :D 16th century was the period in which the House of tudor ruled England society. In this period, there were two historic events that brought some changes in England. The first one is renaissance. Renassiance is a cultural momvent which involved a rebirth of letters and arts and the development of techniques. Especially, in the renaissance people tried to focus on the spirit of individuality and tried to argue their own rights as a human being. Attention to individual caused the development of humanism which emphasized the value of human being. The second one is reformation by Matin Luther in 1517. The purpose of the reformation was to criticize the Roman Catholic church of middle ages and to get a spiritual freedom. Especially, humanists in the peirod empasized the importance of education and had an great interest in relearning Greek and latin But at the same time, the power of vernacular was aslo emphazied in this period and actually a lot of transaltion came out. Then what about 16th century English literature? It is devided into two parts, the early Tudor literautre and Elizabethan period. In the Elizabethan age which is called as a golden age, the literautre was also prospered and a lot of great writers lived this period. Today, our group will cover two renassiance women authors, but before it, let's see the women status in that century. In 16th century, women were urged to be silent and obedient to men. But there was an excpetion. Even someone who had a feeling of hating women had to acknowledge the commaning authority of the women on top. There were four represetiative female rulers, Then, the next reperesenter will cover Elizabeth 1.

sometimes Recently I have troubles on my mind. Even though I have studied English for quite a long time, my English speaking and listening are very poor. When trying to converse with native speakers, I become frozen and it takes very long time for me to say what I want to convey to them. It's really hard to translate what I want to say into English. Sometimes I think that (?? << please help me. Is there other words to use instead of 'think' when I want to express my argument?) studying abroad is the fastest way of all. I get frustrated whenever I feel likt that I've reached my limit on studying Englsih.!!!!

Please correct this (English writing) I decided to read this book (I picked up this book from the shelf in the library??) because the title <love story> really interested me. When I finished reading this, I felt satisfaction with my choice. This book was really interesting as I expected and at the same time touching. At first, I envied Oliver and Jennifer who fell in love with each other at the library. This is because I usually want to fall in love with someone who studies hard at the library. By the way, when Oliver decided to marry Jennifer on the condtion that he would not contact with his father, I felt that Oliver did wrong. He had to try to find a better solution to get a consent to the marriage from his father. He was thoughtless of his father's feeling. During reading this book, I found some notable sentence that touched my heart. "Love means you never have to say you're sorry." "We belong together. Don't leave." Eventhough Jennifer left Oliver too early, I am sure that their love was very wonderful.
