I have a postgraduate teaching qualification from the Goetheinstitut but more important I have been learning and teaching languages nearly all my life so I have experienced both sides. Living abroad and talk another language can be difficult but also fun once you get a better understanding how the language works.

I am a very patient and easy-going teacher. In my class mistakes are very welcomed because only through them, we can learn in life. In the past I have lived in many countries. Whenever I am back home in Germany I go back to driving an abulance. My students appreaciate my slow and clear speech. I am very patient - I dont mind repeating myself over and over again :) Repetition is essential. I encourage students to make mistakes as they catalyse the learning process.

Gleichzeitig weiß ich aber auch, dass es nicht sehr hilfreich ist, übermäßig kritisch zu sein. Je nach Niveau werde ich mich entsprechend anpassen.
