Rodrigo is a great teacher. I love that he is always well prepared for the lessons and explains everything in a fun, interactive way. He is always patient and I feel comfortable to ask him as many questions as I need. I recommend him a lot!

I've been taking lessons with Rodrigo for a while now and I can honestly say I think he's one of the best teachers I've had throughout my many years learning. He's smart and funny, can deliver his points well, gives good direction and reasoning when discussing the topics of language, and is very patient with learners attempting to speak Spanish. I'm grateful to him for everything he does and I hope that you take a lesson or two with him. You won't be disappointed!

I enjoyed my conversation with Rodrigo very much, and I found him to be a delightful conversationalist. I appreciate how he seems to have many interests and curiosities. He was a very patient and attentive listener, providing helpful prompts of encouragement when he sensed I was struggling to find the right word or verb tense, and moving the conversation forward with thoughtfully prepared questions. He also speaks and understands English very capably, when necessary. I will certainly work with Mr. Santiago again. Highly recommended!

Rodrigo was fantastic in preparing me for an exam. Our first meeting was to find out my level of Spanish through the use of many topics and tenses. He understood what I lacked and focused on that during the first and the second class. He explained the harder tenses (subjunctive and conditional) thoroughly and pointed out that I was mixing the tenses (unknowingly). He is a great patient teacher that knows how to teach!

Rodrigo made the first lesson informative and comfortable, and discussed goals and ideas. I'll be taking more lessons from him in the future!
