My lesson with Lida went very well! She is a very friendly, warm person. She is also laid back and has a good sense of humor, but definitely serious about helping with Spanish as well. We discussed an article that I read and, even though we got sidetracked from time to time, she was always good at bringing the conversation back to the topic at hand. I also learned many new colloquial words from Colombia. I would definitely recommend a class with her. Mil gracias, Lida!

Lida is dedicated and very patient. She listens and tries hard to prepare classes that address areas that need improvement. On top of that Lida is very well organized and punctual. I recommend Lida to anyone who wants to learn Spanish.

I enjoyed my first lesson with Lida because we had a very engaging conversation. We had the opportunity to learn a little about our pasts and what we like to do in our free time. She was very enthusiastic and was a very good listener. I will definitely have another class with her.

Lida is excellent. If you are intermediate student who wants to get more comfortable speaking (what intermediate student is not seeking that?} Lida is perfect- fun to talk to, encouraging, identifies errors in a conversational, not pedantic, manner. For what I was looking for I couldn’t have found anyone better. And if you are very lucky, her cat, Ronnie will make an appearance during your lesson.
