Even though we have a plan for each lesson, Amarylis asks questions at the beginning of class that leads to more conversation and I feel like I am learning so much by conversing. It gives me an opportunity to also ask why you might use one word over another. I love conversing with her as well as the formal lessons. She's really great.

I enjoy our class a lot. Amarilys takes a very structured approach to help me build the grammar foundations to say things correctly. She has been very patient with me, always waiting for me to finish a sentence and then tell me how it can be said more naturally in Spanish. The offline homework exercises are also very helpful and provide very targeted exercise for the things that we are covering in live classes. I think I'm making a lot of progress with Amarilys' help, and I can't thank her enough for helping me through the baby steps of learning this fascinating language.

Amarilys is a very good teacher, she does well with explaining the lessons in English and Spanish for a dynamic lesson. She also thinks ahead to the next lesson. Today we studied Llavar y seguir used with gerunds. It was awesome!!!

I love my classes with Amarilys. I see myself getting better and better. I highly recommend her for any student looking to improve. Her lectures are full of conversation, exercises and homework to help you. I’m looking forward to continuing the my journey of learning Spanish with her.

It has been around a year since I started my classes with Amarilys and we've had 119 classes now. Amarilys has helped me a ton in understanding the grammar, acquiring vocabulary, and getting comfortable speaking Spanish even over relatively complicated topics. The materials have always been super useful and the tip sheets are fun to read. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone who is interested in learning Spanish.
