I have studied with Saya Sensei for over a month now. I really appreciate her energy, and how excited she gets when I understand something or try to use it in another context. I feel comfortable asking questions to help with my comprehension, and the pace is very good. I do not feel like I am being rushed, dragged along, or held back. I can highly recommend her as a teacher.

And what really stands out is her encouragement, when I finally get a tricky grammar point right, she celebrates with a big smile and cheers that makes the win feel even better! She also never hesitates when I steer the conversation toward cultural topics—regional food, holidays, pop culture—always finding a way to connect my curiosity back to the language. Just after my first lesson with her, I could tell she's passionate about her teaching. She was so excited whenever I got even the smallest, thing right, was happy to talk about interests that we shared and was very patient when I didn't get something immediately. Recommend her to anyone ^v^
