I am so grateful for Maiko! She is very kind and patient. She takes the time to let you understand the lesson better. Thank you so much for teaching me and taking the time to explain things to me. It helps me get better in understanding and learning!

Maiko is very patient and encouraging. There is also no pressure when talking with Maiko. It’s fun talking with her even about small day to day things. She’s flexible when it comes to her students’ learning needs.

I joined today's lesson while under the weather, and while I was pretty foggy, Maikoさん asked so many great questions that the conversation flowed smoothly. She's a great conversationalist.

I’ve been taking weekly ‘Daily Conversation’ lessons with Maiko-san for 2 years, and it has been a fun and educational experience. Our sessions are always engaging, as she has a natural ability to keep the conversation flowing. She subtly corrects my sentences by rephrasing them, making it easy to learn without feeling pressured. This has made me less afraid of making mistakes, and it’s become fun to try to make myself understood despite my limited vocabulary and many grammatical mistakes. Her curiosity and attentiveness make every conversation interesting, and I always come away having learned something new. If you’re looking for a teacher who makes language learning feel natural and enjoyable, I highly recommend Maiko-san!
