June tailors our classes to fit my needs exactly. She perfectly blends a good amount of reading, speaking, and listening into our lessons on day to day and deep conversational topics. I have been seeing June regularly for the past few years (albiet not as often as I should) and I am so happy with my progress. I can now read essentially basic chinese (menus, text messages, books with my daughter), my listening comprehension has improved greatly, and I am able to converse and express myself. She is an amazing teacher, I highly recommend her

I've been learning with June for 7 months now and I am still amazed when I can read a passage. I had zero knowledge when we started. Her patience and flexibility ensure the lesson is unique to me and my goals.

Jia Jia is one of the nicest teachers I've ever had, she's very competent and very structured in her way of teaching, uses a wide range of teaching materials (videos, listening, ppt, etc) and makes lessons interactive and interesting. It's just like being in a real class in person!

I have been learning Chinese with June for six months, and I am very happy with our lessons. She always adapts to my needs and explains everything patiently, no matter how many times I ask. June also shares interesting stories about life in China and its culture, which makes learning even more exciting. She constantly finds new and creative ways to teach, making the lessons both effective and enjoyable. I highly recommend June to anyone who wants to learn Chinese!

June has an incredible depth of knowledge. I am always learning and this time, she corrected my midterm essay and presentation. Also introduced me to some pragmatic things like how to get around using the subway as well as shatter some illusions about daily life in China, particularly as a women. Safety there vs here in the US, I find myself questioning the importance of our perceived independence and the safety and comfort we have bargained away for independence. Definitely food for thought.

June is great, she has a lot of energy, finds the right mix of asking questions and explaining, and uses multimedia content to broaden the conversation. When I am in class, time flies. Thanks! 谢谢老师的一如既往的努力！
