🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I’m Rob, from northern England, now living nomadically. I’ve traveled through Europe for the past 3 years and have become passionate about languages. I want to help others improve their English through conversation. I speak English and Spanish, I am learning French, and I’m interested in Portuguese, German, Russian, and Japanese. 🇪🇸 Me llamo Rob, soy del norte de Inglaterra y vivo como nómada. From my experience learning Spanish, I understand how intimidating it can be to speak with natives at first and that progress takes time. It’s a long but rewarding journey. 🇪🇸 Soy un profesor paciente. Podemos trabajar a tu ritmo, ajustando cuando sea necesario. Nos enfocaremos en tus intereses o en las áreas que más te cuestan. Sé por experiencia propia lo difícil que es hablar con nativos al principio. Es un proceso largo, pero vale la pena y te ayudará a lograr tus metas.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 My lessons focus on building your conversational skills through engaging topics that interest us both. While I can offer guidance on basic grammar, my approach follows Stephen Krashen's theory that language is best acquired through comprehensible input, with grammar as a secondary focus. 🇪🇸 En mis clases, nos enfocaremos en tu habilidad de hablar a través de temas que nos interesen. Puedo asesorarte un poco en gramática, aunque ese no es mi enfoque. Creo en la teoría de Stephen Krashen: los idiomas se adquieren principalmente por input comprensible, sin centrarse demasiado en la gramática.
