Kruu Som was very kind, patient and engaging. I went into the trial lesson with basics like "yes," "Thank you," and "hello" but walked out knowing how to talk about my job, interests, and where I'm from in as little as 30 minutes. There were some issues with the platform that she handled really well so I still picked up new words without having to worry. Since this was my first tutor session ever I didn't go in with many expectations, but Kruu Som certainly surpassed them making the whole experience enjoyable.
