It was so wonderful returning to class after a long break; I truly missed our lessons! Thanks to Akiko-sensei’s consistent guidance, I felt confident speaking Japanese with my Japanese colleagues during my recent business trip. Although my Japanese is far from perfect, the clients could understand me perfectly. Being able to communicate directly gave me a massive advantage over colleagues who couldn't connect with the users at all.
