Nana sensei once again has given me a memorable lesson full of fun conversation topics that led to new vocabulary and useful grammar. I found myself stuck a few times on how to find the right words but Nana sensei was patient and helped me with alternative more natural versions. My ultimate goal is to become fluent, so I’m grateful that I get to learn how to speak like a native speaker would as opposed to like a textbook. I get to use the word doc that Nana sensei kindly creates during each lesson and I make flashcards out of new vocabulary. I was very satisfied with my lesson today and I feel myself getting increasingly more comfortable. I feel I am in great hands relying my only source of Japanese instruction on Nana sensei. Once again, thank you very much for taking the time to teach me, Nana sensei. I look forward to future lessons!

Nana Sensei is really kind and firendly, the lesson is very engaging and she give very good recommendations on how to express / construct the sentence in a more naturally way. Best teacher ever!

Nana sensei has been an incredible instructor. My Japanese was off during the latest lesson but I understand I will have ups and downs during the learning process, nonetheless, Nana sensei made the class fun and worthwhile. I got to learn more about Japanese culture and new vocabulary. I’m going on a long stretch of self studying so I’m really grateful I can rely on Nana sensei to fix my errors and guide me in the right direction. Nana sensei has yet again provided an amazing lesson that allowed me to expand on what I studied on my own. Once I shared the new material I had been working on, Nana sensei shifted her teaching in reviewing what I had learned and adding on to it. At the same time we were able to speak on various topics related to the study material which allowed me to slowly build up my confidence. Consequently, I have had the most fun in today’s lesson than at any time studying anything and I saw this without exaggeration. I am yet again motivated for the next lesson to work hard studying on my own and book another lesson with Nana sensei to replicate today’s experience. I am very pleased with Nana sensei’s teaching style and I definitely plan to continue learning from her.

Today’s lesson with Nana sensei was extremely fun. We talked about my recent trip and I was able to finally get back on track in my Japanese studies. Due to being in transition of onboarding for another job, and recent travels, I haven’t had much time to study Japanese as dedicated as I was before. I was worried going into the lesson thinking I would make lots of mistakes but Nana sensei put me at ease. I had a fun time as always while also learning from my mistakes and getting real time corrections from Nana sensei. I got the motivation I needed to be able to focus once again. My next in person class is not until next year so I plan on self studying and relying on Nana sensei during our lessons to guide me as I try to use the new grammar. I know I am in great hands.
