YUN

I love studying with Yun! We always have fun and she is so patient and kind. When speaking with her I feel safe and comfortable to try my best even when I'm struggling. When I need something repeated a lot of times, or I'm taking a really long time to gather my words, Yun is warm and supportive. She slows down as much as I need but also never stops challenging me. Our sessions are exactly what I need and I feel lucky to have found such a caring teacher that understands my goals and is helping me reach them.

I had some difficulties with a more challenging text, but Yun helped me understand it and taught me many new words.

YUN先生、今回のレッスンはありがとうございました。いつも楽しくて面白い活動をたくさん用意してくれます。これからもよろしくお願いします。 YUN先生 is a creative, friendly, and supportive instructor. She provides a great environment for practicing your language skills in a way that is enjoyable but also allows her to gauge your level. She prepares for individual goals and skills but is also ready with back up materials if needed. Overall, a great learning experience so far.

Yun-sensei always prepares fun lessons. We learned new expressions to describe Japanese dishes and desserts. She helped me learn new grammar points and descriptive vocabulary to describe taste and flavor. Lessons have been great. Can't wait for next time.

This is my 3rd lesson with Yun. She is so sweet and kind - we are working hard on pinning down intermediate grammar and combining longer sentences. She is really wonderful and provides grammar corrections and notes. I'm looking forward to the next lesson!
