Ayaka

Ayaka-san’s lessons are always patient, clear, and encouraging, and she makes the process feel enjoyable instead of stressful. Thanks to her, I feel more confident and excited about using Japanese during my trips!

At the beginning of the lesson, I clearly had trouble with conjugation and te form, but at the end of the lesson, I was able to conjugate so much better and make sentences from my own thoughts! Amazing what an awesome teacher can do!

Ayaka was excellent at adapting to my changing requests and was very patient and kind as this was my first italki lesson. She gave me good advice on how to study - and she was patient when i spoke in English when i didn't know how to say something in Japanese.

It is a pleasure learning Japanese with Ayaka-sensei, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. Her lessons are always well-structured, engaging, and tailored to my level and goals. She creates a very supportive and encouraging environment where I feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.

Ayaka is organized and patient! She allows for casual conversation practice as well as structured book based review, which I appreciate! She gently corrects but overall encourages you to understand why you make mistakes and correct them.
