Just had an introductory class with Ayaka-sensei and it went great. She listened to me speak and asked appropriate follow-up questions. She gave me time to find answers, so I was not rushed. When I got answers wrong, she corrected me in a positive way. Akaya-sensei was able to provide answers to questions I asked in real time and even pointed to pages in the textbook for reference. It was truly like having a Japanese teacher right over my shoulder. If you are considering learning Japanese, I highly recommend booking a trial class with Ayaka-sensei! I will be a regular.

Great useful lesson again

Ayaka-San always listens and provides valuable feedback during and after the lesson. She lets me talk, while not interrupting too often, but she still corrects mistakes from time to time. I feel like i can make mistakes and improve thanks to Ayaka-sans efforts.

I really love learning with Ayaka, it feels like I’m learning Japanese from a friend. She’s very patient, sweet, and encouraging. Really looking forward to my next classes! :)
