Llevo 8 años enseñando inglés. Pasé un año enseñando en España, dos años en Ucrania y ahora estoy en mi quinto año en Turkiye. My classes are all planned in advance with a specific focus for the lesson ahead. A typical class might start with an engaging topic from the week's news or something related to the students' hobbies/work. This topic will introduce the grammar point or vocab we'll be focusing on. From there we will do some activities and make any corrections together. The final half of the class will be dedicated to speaking, this is essential so the student feels confident using the new language in different scenarios.
