I recommend Katrin as a teacher even for students at an early stage of learning the language. I hesitated for a long time about starting conversations in Russian with only a small amount of knowledge, but waiting forever is not a good solution either. Katrin makes learning easy and enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to our future lessons.

Katrin is wonderful and I am eager to take more lessons with her. I booked my first session with Katrin after noticing that she has a journalism background and figuring that she would have the vocabulary to help me prepare for a sales presentation in Russian with a client from the CIS region. Katrin didn’t disappoint! She patiently listened to me rehearse the presentation and helpfully suggested how I can use simpler and more natural vocabulary. Outside of helping me prepare for work, I enjoyed learning about Katrin’s life in Spain and sharing experiences about life in Russia. I really liked that Katrin sent me a file after the lesson with vocabulary and speaking notes. I also appreciate her positive, encouraging personality which made it easier for me to speak Russian. My sales presentation had a lot of complex, industry-specific, abstract phrasing and I am very appreciative of Katrin’s patience and understanding. Looking forward to continuing my Russian learning journey with Katrin!
