I had my first class with Polina. She is very patient and friendly and good at explaining things. She can also explain well in both Russian and English. We did a few exercises and they were fun and interesting. I got to learn new words and a lot more about pronunciation as well as some about proper grammatical phrasing. I would def recommend her class for people like me who are in the elementary levels or who have studied a good bit but still struggle to expand their knowledge and put it into practice. I would reckon she is great at teaching other levels as well. -Thank you, Teacher.

Ce premier cours de russe avec Polina fut très intéressant sur de nombreux points de vue. J'ai appris des choses sur la prononciation, l'accentuation des mots et les particularités de la langue russe comme les sons duales en fin de mot (incroyable). Cela faisait parti de mes objectifs. Le cours se fait sans pression, Polina nous met immédiatement à l'aise, on ne se sent pas jugé. Pour une langue qui paraît difficile, c'est indispensable. This first Russian lesson with Polina was very interesting in many ways. I learnt about pronunciation, word stress and the peculiarities of the Russian language, such as the dual sounds at the end of words (incredible). That was one of my objectives. The lesson is completely stress-free; Polina puts us at ease straight away, and we don’t feel judged. For a language that seems difficult, that’s essential. спасибо !
