Aleksandr is an amazing teacher. He is very patient, and explains complicated grammar in ways that make them feel easy. He provides great material and worksheets for review outside of class. He has a very structured approach to the students learning. I strongly recommend Aleksandr as a Russian teacher.

Aleksandr's lessons are fun, and he customizes them to fit your needs and interests. He's patient, and very good at using the right level of complexity in his speech so that you can understand him. He also provides extremely helpful vocabulary lists, which in my experience is rare on iTalki. I highly recommend booking a class with him!

This was my 2nd lesson with him and so far I quite enjoyed my learning experience with him. He proposed the conversation topic for today which is Education and asked me some questions, while also shared with me how the education works in Russia. Of course, I don't have all the vocabulary to respond to his questions well, but he helps me with the words that I lack of and corrects me nicely when I make mistakes and explains well when I'm a bit confused. Learning Russian is definitely not easy, and he understands the struggle of his students. I can see that he's making great effort to create a calm, relax and friendly environment and showing a positive impression and genuine interest of what his students tell/share. Hopefully by taking more lessons with him regularly, I'll gain much more confidence, expand my vocabulary and improve my Russian more effectively.

Саша проводит очень насыщенные и интересные уроки. Он задаёт много интересных вопросов, поэтому нам постоянно приходится думать по-русски. Чтобы мы говорили свободно и непринуждённо, он создаёт комфортную и дружелюбную атмосферу. Благодаря этому хочется высказываться и активно участвовать в разговоре. Замечательные уроки!

A great first lesson with Aleksandr. I haven't spoken Russian in a while and he was encouraging and supportive, providing helpful information and corrections in a way which did not slow down the conversation.

Aleksandr is very patient and friendly :) everything is explained in clear detail. Recommended for beginners!
