So far, I've taken 7 classes with 채은 and I've really enjoyed them. I was specifically looking for someone with a bit more flexibility who didn't just stick to a textbook, and she has been a great fit. I get a lot of opportunities to speak, which was a priority for me. Our class structure is: 1) review items from the previous class, 2) review homework, 3) learn from the textbook. The review portion is very helpful because it helps me identify topics I'm not 100% understanding. Even if I can memorize something, when she asks me to make a sentence, sometimes I realize that I don't fully understand it and it gives us a chance to talk more about it. For the homework section, she starts off small by asking for 3 sentences using the vocabulary/grammar learned during class. As I try writing longer and more complicated pieces, I've learned so many grammar points. Overall, I've found our classes to be very helpful. Lastly, 채은 has a fun, bubbly personality, which makes classes enjoyable.

Great class! 채은 was very prepared and took great notes that she shared with me quickly. She was really helpful in teaching me words that better fit the meaning I'm trying to convey.
