I love the lesson w Koyuki sensei, i usually talked about the events that happened during the week. And even though my Japanese is not so good, she always managed to understand. She will correct because i used the wrong words inadvertently and by some miracle, i always managed to tell my story. She also interjected and answered my question about her week. We have a blast. Just laughing and having a Great time. She sent me a quick list of words That i can use correctly. I really appreciated Koyuki Sensei.

Really good and fair assessment of my ability for the first lesson. I think she nailed my skill level, and because she does prep for JLPT, even if you don’t plan on taking it, there’s a recognizable and achievable goal to keep moving forward to. It makes me feel like there’s a solid plan of action moving forward. I’m really excited!

Koyuki did an amazing job handling my nervous energy for this first lesson. She answered all of my questions (which where were a lot) allowing me to settle in to a rhythm at my own pace. I will definitely be rebooking another lesson.

I really had fun with Sensei’s listening skill challenge! It made me more aware of the areas where I still need to improve. I also really enjoy how Sensei discusses the latest news and current events, then teaches me how to express my thoughts naturally in Japanese. Overall, I always have a great time learning with Sensei. It’s not only helping me improve my Japanese, but also making the learning experience fun, practical, and engaging! 🇯🇵

Im very appreciative of sensei. She listens and helps me, corrects me w patience, kindness, and guides me along. She encourages me. Thank you!!

Having fun in class with Sensei ❤️
