Hey there! I'm Kaleb—born and raised in Seattle, Washington, but these days, I proudly call Rio de Janeiro home. I've got an insatiable curiosity for the world, always seeking new adventures, flavors, and cultural experiences. Languages fascinate me—I’m fluent in Portuguese and can hold my own in Spanish, which makes for some amazing conversations.

eaching isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. It’s the path I’ve chosen, and what a rewarding journey it has been! For nearly five years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and love for language with eager learners, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
What truly drives me is helping people discover the beauty of my language and culture. I’ve taught in the U.S., in the heart of vibrant Rio, and even in multinational companies, leaving my mark along the way. These days, I’ve embraced online teaching, harnessing the power of technology to reach students around the world.

I just finished my first 10 lessons with Kaleb!
He is really very helpful, open minded, nice and kind. We did a lot of grammar lessons (at my request and based on my gaps) but we also did reading and text comprehension exercises on some articles.
I am very pleased with how they went and because of that I will definitely book more with him. :D

Lui è davvero molto disponibile, aperto mentalmente, simpatico e gentile. Abbiamo fatto tante lezioni di grammatica (su mia richiesta e in base alle mie lacune) ma abbiamo anche fatto esercizi di lettura e comprensione del testo su alcuni articoli.
Sono molto soddisfatta di come sono andate e per questo ne prenoterò sicuramente altre con lui. :D

Kaleb has been teaching English to our children (11 and 15 years old) for over a year now. The children really enjoy the lessons, and their level of English has improved to be at the top of their class at school. We and the children warmly recommend Kaleb.
