¡Hola! Soy Youssef, investigador de doctorado que analiza cómo el árabe influye en el aprendizaje del inglés (¡mi especialidad!) y profesor de idiomas con más de 20 años de experiencia. Como director de un instituto de idiomas y formador de profesores, soy experto en optimizar la fluidez: mis alumnos superan rápidamente las barreras lingüísticas utilizando métodos basados en la psicología y la práctica en situaciones reales.
Tanto si eres un hablante de árabe que se enfrenta al inglés (o viceversa) como si tu objetivo es conversar con confianza, yo cubro las lagunas que otros pasan por alto. En mi tiempo libre, hago senderismo y mejoro mi alemán (¡nivel B1 y subiendo!). El "Teacher Talking Time" (TTT) debería ser el mínimo (es la oportunidad que tiene el alumno de practicar el habla y las respuestas). Animo a los alumnos a que lo hagan todo el tiempo, empezando por decir frases muy cortas y dándoles confianza poco a poco para que hablen con fluidez.
Durante mis clases se aprenden nuevos vocablos tomados de diferentes temas. Además, trabajamos las estructuras gramaticales, hablamos y hablamos durante algún tiempo para combatir el miedo a utilizar el idioma. También nos centraremos en una pronunciación adecuada con el fin de ser perfectos en todas las habilidades. De esta manera puedo garantizar que mis estudiantes se sientan más cómodos y seguros con sus habilidades lingüísticas.

Very efficient, humorous, and encouraging teacher. Each lesson introduces a new concept while building on previous ones, so I don't feel overwhelmed and I'm now starting to speak in longer sentences :-)
