It’s my 5th class with Hester, and there are still so many things I want to learn from her! Her classes not only focus on improving my English but also on guiding me to perform better in my workplace. She always tailors the class to maximize our learning outcomes. We discussed workplace visibility, establishing rapport with colleagues and managers, and most importantly, speaking proper English when I am organizing meetings or preparing reports.
