Haïti (Cheri), it's a cute little island where I'm living. Yes, I'm Haïtian and I speak French, Creole, and English. I think French is a beautiful language. That's why I love to read, watch french movies, and I love teaching. I will be happy to help you with this language. Also Creole is very interesting to me and sometimes funny. A lot of Creole expressions are funny for me. Don't you want to know some of those expressions? Creole keeps me in touch with the history of my country. The culture here is so amazing. Je te donnerai le nom de certains films, musiciens, YouTubers, blog afin que tu puisses t'entrainer à écouter. Je prépare également des documents, powerpoint.

I am a huge fan of Haitian Konpa music, and I asked Raphaelle to help me translate my favorite song into English. During our lesson, she was friendly, engaging, patient, and helpful. Raphaelle is a wonderful teacher and I look forward to working with her again soon.

Raphaëlle has a great personality. She asked me questions to start. Then, we spent around 5 minutes speaking about Hatian creole. She was able to explain not only the phrases but how they came about which was really interesting. The last part of the lesson we spent on tongue twisters and a game. It was a great lesson!
