💪I am highly experienced in teaching Spanish, thanks to my passion for teaching, my years of experience and my studies. ✍I currently teach Spanish to foreigners from levels A1 to C2 in the city of Medellín and also via online. 👌I consider myself skilled at teaching and establishing pleasant relationships with my students. 👍I speak clearly and neutral. 👏My lessons are practical and enjoyable, according to students’ needs and expectations. 👊I like including Hispanic American culture in my lessons. ✌ Patience is one of my strongest characteristics.

👨I always encourage my students to speak, in order to gain confidence and fluency. 💬For me, making mistakes is part of the learning process. So, I make corrections when necessary, but without sacrificing fluency. ❓Communicative approach, in which students are involved in real communication, using the question as a method to stimulate interactions, based on real life situations. 🔊Use of different materials and resources, including podcasts, articles, news, stories, videos and so on. 📖Homework is key to reinforce students’ skills. 📃Lesson plan available if required by the student.

This was my first lesson and it was great. I felt very comfortable talking to Jorge. When I made a mistake or didn't remember a word, he wrote it in the chat which I find extremely helpful because I can go back and see what words I need to work on. I will book more lessons. :)
