Sraboni

It's wonderful having a teacher who's genuinely interested in me learning a new language, and genuinely excited with me when I make strides towards meeting my goal. It makes for a comfortable learning environment where I do not have to feel intimidated or awkward about beginner mistakes.

Sraboni is a fantastic teacher who continues to work with me at my level so that I can improve at a challenging but not overwhelming pace. She provides realistic scenarios and dialogue for me to learn more but also to use the grammar and vocabulary we've covered so far and I always feel I've achieved something at the end of our sessions. I highly recommend her.

I've been taking Bengali lessons with Sraboni every week for a few months now and she has been fantastic. She's patient, encouraging, and very clear in her explanations. She tailors each lesson to what I'm learning and my skill level and each lesson includes review to practice and then a new topic or vocabulary building exercise to build on my knowledge. I came in as a complete beginner and now I already can say so many different things in Bengali after a very short time. Highly recommend Sraboni - an excellent teacher!

I have started taking lessons with Sraboni recently but already see how much I have learnt during our classes. I started as a complete beginner but already can make simple sentences and have small conversations based on what we are learning in classes. We are also learning alphabet so that I can start reading soon as well. She has a very warm, nice, caring personality and it is very comfortable to take her classes. She is able to tailor class materials based on my personal learning goals. I can feel that she really cares about my progress which motivates me to learn more and more. I look forward to each of our classes and am very proud to have her as my Bengali teacher.

A great trial lesson and takes time to explain things to me, no question is too difficult! Also very patient with me trying to learn difficult pronunciations!

I have taken multiple classes with Sraboni and she is great teacher. She has lesson plans for each lesson which makes it easy to learn. The lesson plans are an appropriate pace based on your learning level. She is very detail oriented and covers everything needed to learn bangla. Would highly recommend her!
