¡Hola! Soy una profesora certificada de Florida. Además de mi carrera en los Estados Unidos, he vivido y enseñado Inglés como Segundo Idioma en todos los niveles en Panamá desde 2012. También enseño Educación de Negocios, Inglés para Negocios, e Inglés Específico para la Industria, así como prepararte para todas las pruebas estandarizadas de Inglés Langage como SAT, ACT, TOEFL, y todos los niveles de Cambridge. Además, también puedo ayudar a los hablantes de inglés de primera lengua y a los hablantes competentes de la segunda lengua a obtener su certificado TEFL para que puedan enseñar inglés también.Mostrar idioma original

Soy un profesor experimentado con un fondo corporativo antes de mi carrera docente. No sólo te ayudo a aprender y perfeccionar tu nuevo idioma, sino que también te ayudo a aprender CÓMO aprendes mejor. Todo el mundo tiene su propio estilo de aprendizaje y que la penetración puede hacer una gran diferencia en la facilidad, velocidad y éxito en su adquisición del lenguaje. Me preocupo por mis alumnos y por su éxito. Yo también sigo en el proceso de mejorar mi segunda lengua, el español. El proceso ha sido tan fascinante y emocionante para mí y me ha abierto el mundo entero. Ahora puedo viajar con la confianza de que puedo comunicarme en casi cualquier parte del mundo. Mi estilo de enseñanza es lo que se denomina Proceso de Liberación Gradual: "Yo lo hago, nosotros lo hacemos, tú lo haces". Yo te enseño cómo, lo hacemos juntos y luego tú demuestras lo que has aprendido. De esta manera, puedo estar seguro de que he presentado el material de la mejor manera para ti, el alumno. Si, por la razón que sea, no lo has entendido, volvemos atrás y repetimos el proceso hasta que lo entiendas.Mi material didáctico

Attendance Specialist, TeacherPrior to teaching, I was an attendance specialist working with at risk you with attendance issues. Once I received my teaching degree I taught mostly in Dropout Prevention including programs with 2nd language English Learners. I took a leave of absense then retired from Florida schools to teach in International Schools in Panama as well as adult professionals and students (High School and University) preparing to take their TOEFL, SAT, and ACT in order to be able to study abroad.

Teacher, Exceptional Education SpecialistIn the Oxford School I taught middle, high school, and adult classes in English as a Second Language. Here I was extensively trained in the Cambridge Curriculum which I continue to teach for those students wishing to obtain their Cambridge leveled certifications. In addition, I taught second language English speaking teachers to qualify for their FCE (Cambridge certification to teacher other subjects in English)
2017 - 2019
founderI founded/co-founded these 2 companies. The Language Village is a physical language school that teaches TOEFL, SAT, ACT, Cambridge and English as a Second Language. When I left to form my own company (Open With English), we were in the process of forming another division that would provide Spanish Immersion classes for foreign residents and tourists. O.W.E. is basically the same type of program. Both programs also provide TEFL Certificates.
2017 - 2019
AmbassadorThis is a volunteer position to provide Duolingo events. Mine in both Panama City and Pedasi are English/Spanish language exchange events. In cooperation with Duolingo, we facilitate free fun events so that neighbors, friends, business people, anyone, can gather in a fun environment to practice their new language.
