Me gusta enseñar de una manera que modela el uso correcto del lenguaje orgánicamente, introduciendo vocabulario y formas lingüísticas indirectamente, de la misma manera que los padres enseñan a sus propios hijos su lengua materna.
A lo largo de muchos años he aprendido que ésta es, con diferencia, la forma más eficaz de enseñar a los niños a hablar un inglés natural sin esfuerzo y sin miedo, permitiéndoles utilizar y adaptar el idioma que conocen para comunicarse de forma efectiva, ¡ganando confianza y fluidez lingüística sin esfuerzo! In our lessons, we do not just learn English, we learn IN English!
We will read some level appropriate material together, and then talk and answer questions about it. I have books about nearly everything, the most important thing to me is that the student is INTERESTED, listening and talking whilst engaged in the SUBJECT rather than just thinking that they are learning English!
We will practise any pronunciation issues as they arise, we may do silly exercises, singing or tongue twisters. We may play games to practise spelling or a specific language/grammar point.
I am always especially happy when students unconsciously correct themselves whilst concentrating on winning a game!Mi material didáctico
