Great lessons with Isabell and they really bear fruit. I feel increasingly confident leading a conversation in Chinese about random as well as specific topics. Today we talked about movies, books I recently read and the anniversary of Franz Kafka. One year ago I would not have been able to do this. Thank you Isabell.

I have had lessons with Isabell on a daily basis for several weeks now and she has managed to make me speak Mandarin for the whole time. My Mandarin has improved significantly. I have less time now to concentrate on my language learning but will continue on a weekly basis. 谢谢， 培芳！

Another great lesson with Isabell. She is always patient and naturally guides the conversation when I don't know what to say.

Isabell is the best. After telling her about a few hobbies that I have, she prepared a list of vocabulary words to help me talk about those hobbies in Chinese. Isabell teaches class in Chinese which helps your listening and comprehension skills improve quickly. This is very practical for people living in China as it forces you to rely on your Chinese. This shouldn't intimidate people from taking Isabell's class because she adjusts her Chinese to make it understandable for even beginners. Overall, Isabell is very dedicated to her students and works hard to see them improve. 10/10

Isabell is a great teacher. She is so patient when I'm trying to say things I don't know how to say, gently nudges me in the right direction, and keeps conversations flowing naturally based on whatever the hell comes out of my mouth (even if my grammar or vocabulary isn't always accurate)... Basically, she fosters a relaxed and engaging learning environment for me to practice my speaking. 谢谢老师🙏
