Estefanía

Estefania is a fantastic teacher! She keeps one step ahead of me- making me reach, and at the same time is perfect in adjusting to prevent frustration. She helps me to use the concepts I have learned previously in everyday conversation and that is really necessary for my learning. I feel energized and motivated to keep learning after we have a lesson. She is clear and flexible and attentive to my needs, while also giving choices. A perfect teacher for me!

Las clases con Estefanía siempre son un gran placer - no importa si sólo son 30 minutos o una hora. Ahora llevo más de un año tomando clases con ella y con el tiempo, aprendí a ganar mas confianza para hablar español. Le agradezco que consiga crear un espacio donde puedo sentirme valiente y segura para expresar libremente mis pensamientos. Estoy disfrutando de nuestras críticas conversaciones y nunca había imaginado que a veces podría ser graciosa en español! Gracias por acompañarme en este viaje!

Me encanta mis clases con Estefanía! Ella tiene un estilo muy práctico y empático. Yo tenía mucho miedo de empezar clases de conversación, pero ella me ayuda sentir mas cómoda y relajada en este proceso de aprender una idioma. Ella puede explicar conceptos abstractos en una manera muy clara, y aprecio su paciencia y energía positiva en cada clase.

This was my first lesson with Estefanía. We were able to get to know each other and she ran a diagnostic on where my skills are. It feels like the next few classes will be an adventure and I'm looking forward to it.

Estefanía makes learning fun! She makes suggestions but also checks in frequently to make sure I am challenged and engaged- giving choices about learning modalities. I highly recommend her!
