Nací en Estambul en 1983. Empecé a enseñar turco mientras estudiaba Lengua y Literatura Turcas en la universidad. Obtuve mi máster en Historia en inglés. Llevo más de 16 años enseñando turco de forma profesional. También enseñé turco durante 5 años cuando era estudiante universitario. En 2018, obtuve el certificado TESOL y también empecé a enseñar inglés.
Hablo inglés y un poco de italiano. También estudié gramática persa y alemana. Me interesa la literatura.Mostrar idioma original
Yo como profesor
Me atengo firmemente a dos principios fundamentales: crear un espacio cómodo para el aprendizaje y crear un ambiente alentador.
Mis alumnos suelen describirme como paciente, positiva y bien organizada. Con el tiempo, he encontrado mi propia manera de hacer que aprender turco resulte más fácil, agradable y práctico.
Me encanta adaptar cada clase a los intereses, necesidades y estilos de aprendizaje de mis alumnos. Adapto mi enseñanza a las necesidades de los estudiantes con condiciones especiales, como el TDAH y el TOC.
En mis clases, nunca sentirás miedo de cometer errores. En poco tiempo, empezarás a notarlos por ti mismo y a corregirte de forma natural. Mis clases y método de enseñanza
Aunque utilizo un enfoque comunicativo, mis clases se basan en una sólida comprensión de la gramática, ya que el turco tiene una estructura muy diferente. Utilizo el libro de texto que sigue un enfoque estratégico para aprender turco e inglés e incluye todas las habilidades lingüísticas (lectura, gramática, escritura, comprensión auditiva, comprensión visual y expresión oral) desde el nivel A1 hasta el C2. Todas estas habilidades son esenciales para la conversación. Enseño inglés para los niveles A1 (principiante) y A2 (elemental). El libro de ejercicios ofrece muchos ejercicios para hacer en casa o repasar, y lo complemento con mis propios materiales auténticos. La práctica oral basada en la repetición desempeña un papel importante en mis clases.Mi material didáctico

I've been learning Turkish to better communicate with my fiancé's family, and I highly recommend Başak as a teacher. I had tried with other methods earlier but didn't make much progress speaking and communicating. Başak is fantastic at identifying my areas for improvement and tailoring lessons to fit my specific goals. Her approach is personalized and attentive, making each session productive and enjoyable.

Başak is a fantastic teacher to my 7yr old daughter who is trilingual (English, Dutch and now Turkish). I am Turkish and it’s really impressive to see how well her diction as well as vocabulary have increased in such a short amount of time. She even creates sentences on her own now and it’s such a delight to observe.
Başak is also a wonderful person to interact with and she’s just so good with my daughter. I highly recommend her to anyone, young and old trying to learn Turkish!

I’ve been learning Turkish with Başak for the last couple of weeks, and she has been such a wonderful teacher! She really takes the time to adapt to my learning style and is incredibly patient whenever I make a mistake. Even after just a few lessons, I can already see significant progress, and my Turkish has improved so much. I love how she tailors the lessons to my specific needs and always comes prepared with plenty of exercises and great materials. Beyond being a talented instructor, she is so kind and polite. Overall, I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

I really enjoyed my first lesson with Başak. She was very friendly, patient, and kind even when I struggled or made mistakes. I felt like I learned more in this one lesson than I have in multiple lessons with other tutors. I look forward to future lessons!
