I'm Petra and work with INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED ADULTS to build confidence so that they can feel great in any situation whether it's travel or work.
I am from Oregon in the United States, the beautiful Pacific Northwest! My favorite things are running, hiking in the mountains and spending time with my friends and family. As an educator, I take pleasure in conversing with my students and creating an environment in which they feel confident to EXPRESS THEMSELVES FREELY.
By starting with topics that pique their interest, I can identify areas where they need assistance with their conversational abilities and help them improve.
If students require more focused attention on grammar or pronunciation, I have a specific lessons for that. This is a more structured lesson-based class where I incorporate enjoyable news articles, grammar exercises, vocabulary building, and reading comprehension activities into our lessons.Mis clases y método de enseñanza
When it comes to conversing with my students, I'm a CASUAL and ENERGETIC teacher but can also create a more structured class if that's your preference.
⭐️ You'll have the opportunity to learn about cultural nuances and the idiomatic expressions that are used in everyday conversation.
⭐️ I devote a SIGNIFICANT amount of time looking for resources that work SPECIFICALLY for your needs.
⭐️ I enjoy sharing TIPS and TRICKS and corrections on how you can sound more like a NATIVE English speaker
