I have been studying with Aiping for several months now and noticed a remarkable improvement in my speaking ability. She always has interesting topics or questions to stir up conversation, is very easy to talk to, and is very helpful offering corrections and writing new words with pinyin and English translations in the messages for me to use and study later. I'd highly recommend her for anyone just starting out, as she was patient and encouraging even when I could barely speak! 谢谢老师！
