¡Hola! ¿Qué tal? Soy Lawrence, pero puedes llamarme LJ. 😄 Para mí, el idioma siempre ha sido más que una asignatura: es cultura, identidad y conexión.
Llevo más de seis años enseñando inglés online y he trabajado con alumnos de muchos países y procedencias diferentes. Con el tiempo, me di cuenta de que se repetía el mismo patrón: los alumnos entendían bien el inglés, pero seguían sintiéndose bloqueados a la hora de hablar con naturalidad. Esa curiosidad me llevó a centrarme en cómo se desarrolla realmente la fluidez en la vida real, a través de aportaciones significativas, conexión emocional y uso constante, y no mediante la memorización o los atajos. Esa filosofía da forma a todo lo que hago como profesor.Mostrar idioma original
Yo como profesor
Soy un profesor tranquilo, reflexivo y muy conversador. No apresuro las clases ni sobrecargo a los alumnos con reglas. En cambio, te ayudo a comprender por qué el inglés funciona como lo hace, para que puedas utilizarlo con confianza. Trabajo mejor con alumnos de nivel intermedio y avanzado que desean expresarse con claridad, pensar en inglés y sentirse más cómodos utilizando el idioma. Valoro la paciencia, la curiosidad y el crecimiento a largo plazo por encima de los resultados rápidos.

Las clases se basan en conversaciones reales, temas relevantes y tus objetivos personales. La gramática se enseña a través del uso y los patrones, no con ejercicios repetitivos. El vocabulario proviene de tus intereses, tu trabajo y tu vida cotidiana. Nos centramos en hablar con claridad, desarrollar la confianza y reducir el exceso de reflexión. Practicarás cómo responder de forma natural, sin recitar respuestas preparadas. I had a really great time with Lawrence. He's very friendly, smiley and joyful! He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while speaking a new language. Also, he's very prepared on the topic of learning a new language. He has a method that makes you progress fast along your journey of acquiring a new language. The lesson with Lawrence was awesome! I really enjoyed it. We covered so many different topics, and the conversation just flowed naturally.
Lawrence is super supportive and genuinely fun to talk to. He creates such a comfortable atmosphere that you’re not afraid to make mistakes or just speak freely.
