Lubava was very positive, helpful, and patient. This was my first attempt at the Russian language and it was difficult but fun. I have already scheduled my next session :)

Luba has great ability and motivational skills to create the framework for challenging and interesting conversation practice. Each time the subject matter has demanded the use of wide-ranging vocabulary and rapid use of grammatical structures. Though I still make lots of mistakes, the key as always is practice, practice, practice.

Luba is an excellent teacher who is very patient and clearly explains the difficult sounds of Russian. We started with the alphabet, basic words, and grammar.

It was nice meeting and getting to know the teacher and practice some conversations in Russian, I enjoyed the learning materials and games that we did to help establish a smooth conversation in Russian, I learned some vocabulary and phrases, how to use formal and informal phrases properly, how to ask questions and how old someone is, and just focusing on the task at hand and just overall having fun learning, I honestly can say I have a good feeling about our future lessons and I am looking forward to continuing improving my Russian.

Another excellent in-depth discussion and debate about several complex and thought provoking themes which enabled the use of wide ranging vocabulary and sentence constructions. Despite my continued mistakes I could feel the process helping me develop improved speech and listening skills.
