Ahmad Anwari

Ahmad has been teaching basic English conversation to five of my Afghan friends, and we have been very happy with his lessons. He is professional, prepared and effective. The most impressive aspect of his teaching skill is that he is so encouraging! All the students are eager to attend his classes and continue with his English program. He seems to have made a connection with each student and inspires them all. His lessons are working and their English is improving. Just what they need!

Ahmed is a great teacher. He adapts his style to the students preferences very effectively, and is fantastic at encouraging dialogue and debate as a way of practising language production.

Ahmad always makes me comfortable speaking Dari. I appreciate how he offers me clear feedback throughout the lesson. He's also just a really nice, fun person to talk with. We often talk about my hobbies. Thank you for one great lesson after another!

Mr. Ahmed is a very good instructor. I prefer that he keep his camera on instead of turning it off, but he speaks very slowly and seems patient.

Just finished my 2nd lesson! Creating sentences with the new words I learned added a practical touch that made everything click. Also learning numbers up to 100 after only knowing 1-10 was so easy. Ahmad truly knows how to make learning Dari both easy and fun. Can't wait for the next lesson!
