Ahmed Al-SHWAKH

It has already been several months since I started taking lessons with Ahmed; and this is a good sign of the quality of the courses! I had to prepare for a long stay in Iraq: thanks to him, I was quickly able to familiarise myself with the Iraqi dialect, through concrete dialogues/readings on a variety of themes and in a range of registers (official presentations, classical and historical texts, everyday discussions, street language). It was so effective that I can now communicate in Arabic in my everyday life; I continue to improve with him as I discover new aspects of the Iraqi language and culture every day. Ahmed has, of course, an excellent knowledge of the Iraqi dialect, but also of other Arabic dialects, particularly Syrian, which makes it possible to draw many parallels. And he even speaks Turkish! I have recommended him around me, as these classes are an excellent way of learning Arabic, despite our personal time constraints. And here I recommend him more widely!

Ahmed is a great teacher he's been with me since the start he has given me approx 2000 words all written in a sheet he is the only teacher I have used that adds the harakaat which helps a lot for pronunciation

Arabic lessons with Ahmed have helped me have more fun and meaningful conversations with my Iraqi friends—I especially enjoy the added cultural insights alongside language learning. I am beginning to feel more comfortable using idioms and asking questions. I appreciate that he adapts his lessons to accommodate my goals; his teaching style is structured, personable, and engaging.

I am so glad I have Ahmed as a tutor ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ Always Ahmed is friendly, patient and kind. My arabic learning is accelerating because of my lessons with Ahmed. He creates a fun and inviting environment for me to learn that meets my needs. In this lesson, Ahmed helped me nail down the grammar and pronunciation of verb conjugates and object pronouns. When I studied this concept on my own, I was so confused. I feel a great sense of gratitude for Ahmed's help. شكرا

It has only been a few lessons so far but Ahmed is a great teacher, zero judgement and encourages students to continue trying. He also provides numerous examples and resources and keeps us engaged with active recalling.

Ahmed was a great teacher and I really enjoyed my first lesson with him.
