This was my first session with Enrique. He is an excellent teacher and a very engaging person. When I make mistakes he doesn’t say “No. Here is the correct way…” I think this is a common method of teaching, and it’s a bad way. Instead, when I made mistakes, he repeated back what I said and gently repeated it back in the right way. I have learned several languages with the help of ITalki, so I know the difference between great, good and bad teachers. And Enrique is great. I will sign up for many, many more lessons with him.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Enrique for 6 months and he is exceptional. He’s encouraging, patient, and always has engaging activities. He asks thoughtful questions and his positive attitude makes learning Spanish a joy. Highly recommended! Muchas gracias por todo, Enrique 🙏
