Gustavo does a great job keeping up an interesting conversation and providing support when needed. The conversation is easy and natural, even with my occasional struggle to find the right words. With every conversation, I learn new words and a little more about life in Brazil.

Had my first lesson with Gustavo. Before our class, he messaged me to clarify what my level was and what my goals were. I told him that I wanted to focus on speaking, and he made sure that I did so during class. He is very friendly and patient. He lets me complete my thoughts and doesn't talk over me. He also does a great job of guiding conversation by asking good questions. I'm looking forward to more sessions with him!

I have just had my first lesson with Gustavo and he is super friendly and he made the lesson very enjoyable! He seamlessly flipped between Portuguese and English to help me with words that I did not know. He is a very engaging conversation partner and he always has something to ask you when you’re not sure what to say.
I will definitely be having more lessons with Gustavo soon!
