Mamiko 磨实子まみこ

Teacher Mamiko is a trustworthy teacher. Not only being professional , she can also speak both English and Chinese which really helps me to understand the details of Japanese. We practiced a lot of conversation and she pointed out the littel mistakes i used to make. I felt a lot of progress after learning Japanese with her. Definitely recommeded and thank you!

I've been taking grammar lessons with Mamiko-san for a little over a month now. I started out as a beginner (I just knew some hiragana and a few words and phrases) but now I'm able to construct full sentences and carry on simple conversations. I really love how the lessons are constructed -- the PowerPoints she has go in a very logical order, and they bring up concepts that were learned previously so I don't forget them. We usually go through a list of vocabulary at the beginning of each PowerPoint (I will read it, then she will say it so I know how to pronounce it and then I'll repeat it), then learn a couple of new grammar concepts, then combine the new words and grammar to construct full sentences and have conversations. There is a huge emphasis on speaking, which has made me a lot more confident in that skill. Then she will send the PowerPoint and an audio recording for review. Her lessons have been very helpful so far and I'm looking forward to taking more!

身近なテーマである睡眠障害について意見を述べます。日常生活の動作をどう表現することは日本語学習にとても役立っています。先生に正しい表現を教えていただけるのはありがたいです。自分の考えを自然な日本語で伝える力を伸ばす良い練習になっています。

在介绍视频里能感觉到老师语速适中、发音清楚，适合我的水平。 试课期间老师仔细聆听，并且马上修改我的错误，鼓励我说完整的句子，而且更正内容是在我的水平范围内、不是超水平的表达，这个很重要。 容易混淆的语法，老师直接让我知道区别，并造句练习。 我曾经做过语言老师，所以能了解老师的教学思路、引导方式很不错。

Mamiko sensei is really patient. I feel really comfortable during the lesson so I could speak japanese a lot :) I can also learn related grammar points related to the story we discussed. Thank you so much!

エレベーターとエスカレーターについて話しました。エレベーターには、上に行くときと下に行くときで到着音が違うことを知って勉強になりました。次回、実際に聞いてみようと思います。
